In today’s fast-living world, unhealthy life choices have allowed cancer to touch almost everyone. According to a research 43% of cancer cases can be prevented .The cure still hasn’t been found but you can minimize your chances of having cancer by making tiny changes in your lifestyle and living.

Prevention is better than cure-this perfectly implies to this disease as the cure is painful but prevention is easier than you think! Following are the changes you should immediately make in your routine to make yourself cancer free.

Erase tobacco from your life

70 chemicals present in tobacco cause cancer! This information should be just enough to make you quit smoking. Worldwide, the use of tobacco is the greatest avoidable cause of the increase in cancer mortality rate.

Maintain your weight
